BOOKING YOUR CUSTOM CAKE

BOOK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

 We book cakes on a first come, first serve basis.  Due to the sheer volume of cakes and few cake artists, our weekends book up several weeks in advance and therefore, it is very difficult to accept last minute cake orders.    We try our best to accomodate as many people as possible, however, last minute bookings may not be available.  If this is the case, we will gladly put you on our waiting list pending any cancellations.  Currently, we offer a wide variety of cupcakes and 6" cakes in store for walk-in traffic.

It is best to place your custom cake/fondant cake orders 2 to 3 weeks in advance.

how to place your order

Your order must be placed by calling the store at (306) 522-3764 or in person between Tuesday and Saturday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.  Orders received via email or Facebook are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified.   Please feel free to send us pictures or ask questions via email or messenger and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  If you have not heard from us, please call the store between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.  

DEPOSIT

All orders must be accompanied by a 50% non-refundable deposit.   We accept cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard. 

ORDER PICK-UP TIMES

The pick-up time originally discussed with our cake artists are important as we schedule our time according to pick-ups.  We try our very best to ensure that your order is prepared on time....if it is not, we sincerely apologize! Feel free to ask for a free treat while you wait!

Call the store at (306)522-3764 to book an appointment to discuss your ideas and pricings with one of our cake artists.  You may also email us or contact us on Facebook messenger and we will get back to you as soon as we can.  To help us better understand your needs, we typically need to know how many people you are trying to feed and what flavours you would like. We also like pictures to help us understand exactly what you would like.

DID YOU KNOW OUR CAKES ARE BAKED TO ORDER?

If you are in a jam and looking for a last minute cake, we may be limited on the selection of cake flavours (i.e. vanilla, chocolate, marble) as we try to keep as little cake lying around as possible to ensure freshness.  Don't be discouraged as we have all of the fixings!  Icings of any flavour....let us help you find the perfect flavour combination!

FYI...

Please note that we no longer offer mini cupcakes or custom decorated cookies (i.e. sugar cookies) but we will gladly refer you to some great places that offer them!
